De Sovvalniks
comming from the East of Latvia and singing in Latgalisch, a minority language spoken in the East of Latvia. The Sovvalniks where founded last year as a temporaty project to combine modern Latgalische poet with music. The project has made ten songs with lyrics from four Latgalische Poets. From four of the songs music videos where made . The poject was such a succes in Latvia that the Sovvalniks continued as a successful life band with four members. By the way the latgalische meaning of the word Sovvalniks is rascal.
